Better weather there today?
Bad,bad carb day.....kind of feeling deprived and whatever.no particular reason except I'm tired of my meals.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: pumpkin bread
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun

D: Brok's pizza

B - double protein shake (52g)
S - dill pickles & cheese stick (5g)
L - hamburger patty w/ cheese, bacon & onion (42g)
S - almonds (6g)
D - quesadilla made w/ low carb torillla & shredded cheese (11g)
S - protein drink (24g)
Total protein = 148g
Total carbs = 25g

VITES:
1 batch left for a total of 100,000IU Vit. A, 1 Vit. B-50, 1200mcg B-9, 5000mcg B-12, 2000mg Vit. C, 50,000IU D-3, 800IU Vit. E, 1000mcg Vit. K1, 1500mg Calcium Citrate, 300mg Iron, 125mg Magnesium Citrate, 2 Multi Vitamins and 100mg Zinc

yummmm......pot roast.  that is definitely going on our menu this week. 

breakfast #1 - scrambled egg w/italian sausage/cherry tomatoes/jalapenos
breakfast #2 - 1 slice rye toast w/ 8 slices of bacon & a ton of mayo
walnuts
double protein iced coffee
cinnamon sugar mixed nuts
3 donut holes
diner for lunch:
hot roast beef w/gravy
few bites of corn
broth from matzo ball soup
2 grilled hot dogs shoved into 1 whole wheat bun (ate 2/3rds of bun)
grilled eggplant
few forkfuls of black eyed peas
double protein coffee

vites:  missed early evening batch
fluids:  missed my count.  between 65 - 70 oz
