They do look delicious, minus the cream cheese and ground poultry. LOL. I don't know what it is, but  there is something about ground chicken and turkey that I just can't handle!!!!!

thx for sharing this.  most recipes call for a decent amount of bread or carby type filling.  this is only 5 carbs for 4 meatballs.  i am going to make these soon.

 Sounds great, thanks for the recipe. this week there were several meatball oriented cooking shows, Rachael Ray, From a NY city" Meat Ball Shop" restaurant. I liked their use of an ice cream scoop for uniform sizing. I made my own recipe with ground higher fat ground turkey, italian seasoned bread crumbs, and one egg. My grandfather used to add a bit of catsup to his ground meat and seasonings.
