Sounds great, thanks for the recipe. this week there were several meatball oriented cooking shows, Rachael Ray, From a NY city" Meat Ball Shop" restaurant. I liked their use of an ice cream scoop for uniform sizing. I made my own recipe with ground higher fat ground turkey, italian seasoned bread crumbs, and one egg. My grandfather used to add a bit of catsup to his ground meat and seasonings.
