Weight Loss Surgery Directory

RIP, Dr. Peters

We lost a wonderful DS surgeon over the weekend.  He's been ill for a while, but was so hopeful he would recover.

A link to his obit is here:

God bless, Dr. Peters.  I will never forget you.

So sorry to hear this. :(  I understand he was a good man and an excellent surgeon.

 Very sad.  What happened?
He's been ill for quite some time.  He was very private about what exactly was wrong, although he told me he hoped to beat it, but it could kill him.  Guess he was right.

Heartbreaking loss. Thank you for letting us know.

I was so disappointed to learn that he stopped practicing, and even saddened more now.  God blessed him and all of his patients.

Such sad news...I know he meant so much to many DSers...God Bless you, Dr. Peters.
My husband and I spoke to him recently and he was so grateful to have us call him. He was not only my surgeon but he had become a close friend to both my husband and I.
He saved my life and I will never forget him.

Rest in Peace.
Gratitude is my attitude
