Better today but still can't eat and the folate ain't doin the trick. Drank some mag citrate. Ugh.

Protein shake
1/2 small donut
1 BB cheese
1/2 protein shake

V: one batch left
F: plenty.
E: spent more time out of bed today....

beautiful day. ate breakfast on the deck.    did a lot of weeding in my garden.

double protein coffee
2 scrambled eggs
1 slice pumpernickel toast w/butter
5 slices bacon
almonds
grilled pizza - ate entire pizza over 2 hrs - only 1/4 of crust
double protein iced coffee
macadamia nuts
5 hershey's kisses
1/2 greek & 1/2 blackberry yogurt

vites:  bedtime batch pending
fluids:  maybe 70 oz by bedtime

 Late post below is everything I ate today
Double protein coffee
3 String Cheeses
1 breaded pickle 
cheese and eggs
1 cookie
piece of cooked ham left over from breakfast
Exercise walking around in park.


Busy day had a support group meeting and local event in park.
