got my labs today.  i am blessed.  no issues.  yay me!!!!  i might tweak my iron a little, but that's it.
weird day.  i picked at food, until dinner, i just picked.

First day I'm allowed anything by mouth since being switched on Tuesday (was already sleeved).

2 cups of vegetable broth
2 cups of lemon tea with stevia
3 cups water (they really don't want me drinking much yet and I still have my drip)
sneaking some spoonfuls of fat free yogurt with stevia - I was meant to have the broth or the yogurt but they left both with me!! ;-)

I don't know if I'm right for this thread long term as I don't do protein drinks (powdered milk bloats me big time) and I seem to do a lot more eating than you guys do, even though I do get my 100g protein in and I keep the carbs lowish.

What do you think?

How do you make your Double Scoop Protein Coffee?

11/14/12- Currently I'm trying to get ins. approval for an arm lift and inner thigh lift. Fingers & toes crossed!

Brew coffee then add 2 scoops of fav protein powder. (i suggest Champion 100% pure whey stack - chocolate because it mixes very well and it tastes yummy)
