Totally missed breakfast today. VERY unusual but I had to drive down to meet my mom at the doctors office again and I didn't wake up soon enought to cook my usual eggs.

So far:

2 Reese's peanut butter cups and a diet pepsi at the pharmacy waiing on Mom's medicine.
1 BIG bowl of chili with cheese and a big handful of fritos.
2 cups of Jello brand Cook and Serve sugar free chocolate pudding made with 1/2 and 1/2 (yes - cooked and ate the whole entire packate myself)

Morning meds and vites
Calcium 3 out of 4 so far

Hula hooped for a solid 15 minutes.  Kept hoop up for 120 seconds without dropping it - a personal best.   Its not much exercise but it is better than sitting on my butt and admittedly more fun.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.

Not bad today. :)  I like the hula hoop. Good Exercites.

Thanks Gina.  I'm enjoying the hula hoop too.  I can't remember the last time I smiled and laughed when I was exercising. 

finished up my day with:
4 pcs milk choc/caramel and 4 pc drk choc.
-a big bowl of green beans with lots of chunks of ham and topped with several pats of butter
-carnita burrito bowl, easy on the rice, heavy on the carnita and sourcream and guacamole
-frozen yogurt with blueberries, cherries, heath bar crumbles and whipped cream on top.

getting ready to eat my nightly yogurt with flax seed (ran out of chia)

got in all of my vites and meds

hooped while my gr beans and ham reheated in micro. About 2 minutes.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.

Weightloss Mode
B: 2 eggs with 1/2 cup mozerella cheese
S: 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
L: hamburger wrapped in lettuce with pepperjack cheese and tomatoes and lots of mayo
S: 2 string cheese, almonds
D: I finally made Brok's Pizza. Oh, my word. Thank you Lord. It was delicious. I had 1 & 1/2 pieces and am stuffed.

Fluids: 100+
Vites: Beginning Bed time batch
Exercise: None (I really have to work on this) You ladies have total permission to call me on this.

Total Protein for the day is 125 and Carbs were only 38. I have found if I go over 50 right now I don't lose and if I go over 75 I put on water weight.
Love, love, love Brok's pizza.....and so does DH. I make it once a week.

Glad it's the weekend. Volleyball tournament all day tomorrow!
I'm really struggling with lunches all of a sudden.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
L: 2 bites hummus on cracker (yuck), cheese, cookie. (couldn't find anything to eat in the cafeteria. Salad bar was lacking in any protein)
S: pumpkin bread
D: meatloaf, baked potato, salad

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, grocery shopping, errands

Have fun at the tournament tomorrow, try not to over do it and get up and walk often. :)  Sounds like you're going to have to start packing your own salad toppings. What is wrong with hospital cafeterias? No protein? NUTS and greed strike again.

love hummus........but it no longer loves me.   so sad   
Noreen say it aint so. I already had a DS like diet pre-op due to my IBS and I'm getting away with hummus at the mo - if I have it too often I guess I'll lose that too!!

it is so sad.  i mourn my hummus loss like the death of a friend.  roasted red pepper or garlic hummus was my fav. 
it's the beans,  most of them give me such horrible trapped gas that it's not worth it. 
Yes, I'm that way with baked beans, which why I know this isn't far away
