Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (3 laps)

Happy Tuesday, I work the evening shift day 3-11pm then I'm off for 2 days, I plan on sleeping in tomorrow

Bites:

Straw, 1/2 banana protein shake

2 rice cakes (caramel flavored)

cheese & crackers and grapes

little bit on roast beef, potatoes, and a piece of corn on the cob (leftovers from the other day)

yogurt

strawberry shake with some pineapple in it

diet pepsi

cookie

1/2 meal of Chinese food - rice, sesame chicken and broccoli-I ate half and hubby ate other half

chips (not very many) a few cheezies

ice cream treat

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval

That's it for me, I had lots of stuff but very small amounts

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I chased my PTH results yet AGAIN and they think that the test wasn't run - WTH.  I chase the results for 6 weeks and then they finally tell me that they 'think' it wasn't done.  I'll get it re-done this week, if not I've managed to make an appointment for next Wednesday to see the doc and I'll get my D re-tested as I'm getting nervous about that... vit D injections here we come!! 

Anyways I slept really well last night and didn't take strontium as I didn't need a midnight potty trip maybe the milk was good - I'm not about to become a milk drink as ill effects of things are generally cumulative (ie first few times you can get away with it).   Weird that I get some unbroken nights now with my DS after having 20 years with barely a single unbroken night.
