Looking for a Cheesecake Recipe I Saw...

Specifically, I'm looking for one that uses cream cheese, SF Jello cheesecake pudding, stevia and maybe Cool WHip (I can't remember!). I thought I emailed it to myself but it's just not showing up, and baby needs cheesecake!! I bought all the goods, but I'm not sure of the proportions.

I can't help you with that recipe, but I've got something better.

Mix 16oz tub of ricotta cheese with SF cheesecake pudding and add a ltitle milk or cream while beating to get the consistency you want.  Now you have a severly protein packed snack that you can call healthy to nibble on all day.

Low Carb Mug Cheesecake

 

2 Tablespoons sour cream

4 Tablespoons cream cheese

1x egg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 tsp lemon juice

2 Tablespoons sugar substitute of your choice

 

Mix Microwave in a safe large cup and microwave for 90 seconds on high , stirring at 30 second intervals. Put in fridge til cool (If you can wait that long) You can use low fat s/cream and c/cheese but check their is no added sugar.

Thanks, peeps, but I'm really only looking for that specific one. Thank you regardless.

As for the ricotta "fluff," I had a bad run-in with ricotta about six weeks after surgery, and I can't even look at it without my stomach rebelling. Yuck.
