Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - chai tea latte
L - leftover Chinese food
S - popcorn
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking 3 - 10 minute laps

Well Friday finally, I work evenings today and tomorrow then go into the graveyard shift so no weekend for me

Bites:

protein shake

1/2 banana

muffin

ham sandwich with some cucumber and mini tomatoes

bit of dark chocolate

2 beer sausage and brick cheese

ham and mac n cheese and some brown beans

 5 spoonfuls of ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize

How do you do the weight ticker at the bottom of your posts?

Also, I would like to start posting my food on here, I think it will help me. I hope it is okay.

You are more then welcome to post on here,  and the weight ticker stuff is in the settings by your user name at the top, if you go in there you will find all kinds of things. Let me know how you make out

Thanks!  I am still struggling with eating enough times per day, sometimes miss the snacks....but working on it.  Hey how do you get the weight loss info at the bottom of your posts? the tickers?

I put my weight loss info in my "signature" area. I think you get to it through your profile and just update and save.

Hi Gina,
Sunday likely to have bad winter weather with bad roads. . All my outside plants and flowers died

On th LC front, DH has lost 6 this week . Me, you ask, a measly 1.
I have not cheated even once and have given up my beloved glass of wine. Boo hoo
