BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
2nd B - egg, grits and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
Elevensies - veggie beef soup
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - leftover Chinese
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Homemade soup sounds good, and veggie beef - enjoy

Bites: 

Shake and banana

sandwich

small taco salad

small bag of chips

small chocolate bar

fish and mac n cheese 

1/2 cinnamon bagel with cheese whiz and tea

Vites: all in including med from the dentist - getting work done on Monday

Exercites: 40 min of a tough interval training, was awesome

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
