***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,
I'm home today getting started on Thanksgiving prep, so I'll be doing a lot of tasting.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) 
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - not going to talk about the grazing I did all day long and into the evening....
S - 
L - white chicken chili
S - 
S - 
D - Popeye's fish and a buttered biscuit
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
prep and cooking and working on the computer all morning...couldn't get away from work, used leave for nothing {sigh}

Made it to the weekend!!!

B: bacon, protein shake
S: nothing
L: little bit of Cobb salad.....didn't work.....now I'll have to find something else for lunch for awhile
S: nothing
D: shrimp scampi, couple tiny tomatoes, 4oz wine (DH says to try again for digestion)

We're not going to talk about carbs. I was golden all day until after dinner. Then I started prepping for Thanksgiving dinner. Ya HAVE to taste stuff along the way, right?

double protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks

double protein decaf coffee

1/2 ham/cheese sandwich on rye roast

mini carrots

double protein decaf coffee

Italian sausage in meat sauce. No pasta

Here's where I got into trouble; sweet potatoes, brown sugar, pineapple, cornbread, oh Lord......it wasn't much, but a spoonful here and a pinch there.

Vites: doing bedtime batch now

fluids: 90+ oz.

it is the end of the day and this is it

Bites: 

Strawberry protein shake

protein bar

hot dog foot long and a few fries ( costco)

slice of a danish

chili with 1 slice bread

orange

pumpkin pie (slice) after work

Vites: missed supper but the rest are done

Exercites: 45 min aquasize

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
