B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - popcorn
L - leftover Thanksgiving turkey in a salad
S - NutThins with cream cheese
D - bunless burger (hamburger thawed, have to use it quick) and 3 leftover red taters
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: done 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
taking dog to the vet and not shopping black Friday sales

I'm back to report yesterdays food journal, doing for the same day was not working for me

Bites: 

banana

protein shake

greek yogurt

big mac (mcdonalds)

sliver of pumpkin pie

bacon, tomato, cheese sandwich

orange

2 mini banana muffins

1 cookie

Vites: all in

Exercites: lots of house cleaning and curtain washing

Instead of going to the gym I had a nap, just finished working 6 days straight, I'm tired.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Black Friday - I slept in.......

B-protein shake
S-cheese and beef sticks
L-cottage cheese with sunflower seeds
S- Yogurt?
D-Turkey and gravy?
all TBD.

Vits - late start
iron and 1 batch in - 3 to go.

Exercites

Snow blowed my sidewalk and cleared my porch. I think I pulled
something yesterday lifting my great-nephews up over my head.
Always worth a little discomfort....

Hardly,  I'm just starting to get used to being mobile again so any movement
seems like exercise to me. I had foot problems for a long time that now seem 
to be healed.
