Suggestions: Duodenal Switch surgeons in MN?

I live in North Dakota and I am looking for some advice on which DS surgeons are good and who is not so good. I don't want to hear just positives, if someone knows who's not so good please don't hold back. I am also interested in knowing which ones perform Laparoscopic DS if anyone knows.

You might read up on the various surgeons listed on www.dsfacts.com.  If there isn't one listed in MN you might need to look at another state.

Dr. Leslie or Dr. Schwartz both do lap ds at abbot northwestern. 

I had my surgery (Lap DS) July 30th with Dr. Leslie at the University of Minnesota Fairview. I have been incredibly pleased so far and would highly recommend him.

Do you happen to know if he said he uses a set stomach size/common channel length, or if he customizes it, (like the Hess method)?
