4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

L - chicken tender and cheese stick

S - greek yogurt

D - salad bar (ham, cheese, egg, a few veggies) 

S - ? not sure yet, depends on how much of the salad I can eat and if it agrees with me

Saw the Dr today. She is really concerned with my calcium and the quick on set of osteoporosis. Took some viles of blood and running tests outside our normal DS labs. Should have a plan of action on about 2 weeks.

double protein decaf coffee

1/2 ham & Swiss cheese

grapefruit sections

1/2 jelly donut - sucked out the yummy jelly, rest went in the trash 

walnuts

Hubby's wonderful burger w/ provolone cheese & mayo

Few fries

few spoonfuls of baked beans 

2 cookies

Malabsorption was the main focus of our talk. I was so happy to hear her talk in this direction.

I hope everything works out well. That is one thing I am concerned about due to being post menopause and now a DS.  Let me know how it goes.  By the way, how much calcium do you take daily?

I started out taking 2,400mg a day. About a year ago I upped it to 3,600 mg. it didn't do a thing. I've now added K2 to my regime. We shall see what lies ahead.
