D - fish nuggets and cup of lobster bisque
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and about 50 leaning push-ups

D - chicken tender and black beans (same as last night, changed from sausage and eggs)

S - Greek yogurt

BTW Gina what are fish nuggets? Are they just small pieces of fish? How do you prepare them?

Addition:  Still fighting the sweet tooth and evening snacking......suddenly 8 months out it has came on strong. Very stressed at work which probably has something to do with it, but fighting it. See Dr. K in two days, was hoping to be 151 lbs. lost (weight 199) instead of 148 and weight of 203. Should have hit the goal easily but have been stalled for two weeks, im sure as a result of the extra snacking. Must get it under control.  Thanks for all your support!

I'm struggling with snacking to, I just seem to be munching on something all the time. You can do this, and stalls happen, I think your doing amazing and I am in your corner

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Thank you so much for the support. I was doing really well, but have struggled the last couple of weeks. Stress is a killer, but Im working on it, will get back on track. I really appreciate the support here, I dont have much from my family and I ended a five year relationship due to my decision to have the surgery ( he was not supportive). So I am pretty much doing this alone.

We buy Trader Joe's fish and shrimp nuggets. 4 nuggets is about all I can have for the carbs. 

Sunflower seeds have help my grazing some, must be just the oral fixation. {sigh}

Thanks I will look there. I do great with my protein all day through dinner, I even have my protein snack (nuts) to munch on in the evening so I am not hungry. But I still want something carb or sweet right before bed, the worst time to indulge.  Ugh!

Insides of of a jelly donut

Cream cheese chicken

two spoonfuls of brown rice

Double protein decaf coffee

handful of M&Ms

chocolate coverd almonds
