D - bunless burger w/tomato, onion and mayo

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Sunday 

Bites:

cereal, and slice of toast with peanut butter and jelly

protein shake

yogurt

1/2 a sandwich

not sure about supper

Vites: just about done

Exercites: 30 min interval, 5 min biking and 15 treadmill

working graves for the next two nights, so that will change my eating schedule

Dunkin Donuts for b'fast: egg/cheese/extra bacon on multi grain bagel. Removed 1/2 the bagel.

I'll have to research St David's Day. There's Welsh in hubby and my ancestry too. I'm not sure if the ancestors were actually Welsh or just left Great Britain from Wales.
