S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L  - protein shake (30g)
S - a babybel cheese
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - 5 shrimp nuggets
S - 1/2 glass wine

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and leaning push-ups

B - Premier protein shake

S - cashews

L - egg, sausage and bacon burrito without the tortilla

S - cheese stick 

D - greek yogurt and cheese stick (Grandson has practice will eat before I leave school)

S - protein shake when I get home

Eliminated all sweets three days ago to get rid of the sweet/carb monster that has been rearing his ugly head at night due to my stress at work!

Scale moving again, down two pounds! Yay!

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I knew I was going to be in trouble. Ate a sourdough hard pretzel at lunch today. Suffered all the way home in an hour commute, during a sleet/freezing rain storm with trapped gas. So painful.  Stupid, stupid, stupid.
