B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Cheetos ( they're gone)
L - protein shake (30g) and salad
D - chef salad
S - glass of wine

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats

Good job on the exercise!   I need to do better.

TGIF and it's a Friday before an entire week off from work! Yay!

well back to work tomorrow, I had a great two days off, but the fun is over

Bites:

protein shake

homemade muffin and cookie

few cheezies

two small containers of yogurt

a bit of chocolate peanuts - all gone - sad face lol

couple pieces of pizza and wings

banana split

Vites: all in

Exercites: walking and biking

It was a good day today.

BITES:

B - 2 pieces bacon and one bite hashbrown - the crunchy part - and coffee with cream 

S - ZipFizz

L - Premier Protein Shake

S - 2 oz Shredded Chicken with Mayo & Franks RedHot

S - 10 salt & vinegar (thats all I left)

D - Qdoba kids naked burrito bowl - no rice, few bites beans, pulled pork, queso, sour cream, 4 tortilla chips

S - 2 sliced pickles, 5 dark chocolate no sugar added almonds

S - Just realized i'm low in protein so i'm going to make an egg with cheese

VITES - All in plus new fiber that seems to be working

EXERCITES - Walking around, nothing major today, 5,200 steps

It seems when we add carbs we forget protein. It's good you're watching for it.
