morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
TBD-rainy day and going in to the office. Got 1 walk done.

Well hello everyone,  

life has been busy and quite stressful,big breakin at work on a graveyard shift I was working alone,  but things are getting back to normal

so did my first grave shift last night since the incident and found I was still a bit spooked but managed overall.

the triathlon stuff is going great, I lane swim at least 3 times a week, bike I am trying for 2x for sure and the running part didn't work so well so I am doing a walk.  I still see my trainer once or twice a week to, the skills we are learning are awesome and I found I am really enjoying being part of a group, there are 89 women doing this race. 

so I just thought I would check in and let you know I am here and when I get myself organized which is a struggle for me right now I will be back.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick and cashews

L - cheese stick and salami slices 

S - greek light and fit yogurt (peach)

S - cheese stick and salami (second snack due to football practice)

D - shrimp scampi or Tilapia depending on what time I get home
