B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - tuna salad
S - Greek yogurt
D - steak and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks, push-ups and squats

S: Protein shake #3

D: 3 oz salmon

VITES: workin' on it

EXERCITES: looks like i'll need to go on a walk in the rain!

Good job!  I feel your pain about walking in the rain. The first few years after my DS I walked 4 to 8 times a day...changed my wardrobe to include 2 pairs of BLOGS (brown and black) and 4 raincoats. I live on the east coast and we get a lot of rain and wintery mix. I'll tell you about walking my route through the snow and ice sometime.  lol

Woke up with no swollen ankles.  Woot hoot! They did swell a little today, but nothing like the past 2 weeks.

Not sure yet. I stopped some new vites, upped the protein by 60 grams per day, added another 16 oz of plain water.

If the ankles stay down for a few weeks, I'll reintroduce one item at a time to see what happens.
