none

Haven't been able to get on OH for 2 days. Posting my plan for today just in case I can't get back in tonight.

  • aiming for 4 protein drinks during the day (3 minimum)
  • greek yogurt
  • lite string cheese (1 or 2)
  • poached egg
  • fluid goal: 80 oz

VITES: morning in and b12 inj done

EXERCITES: 40 min walk around neighborhood this AM
