S - Greek yogurt
D - pork chops and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries

4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Got busy with the end of the school year and didnt post.....with that and stress fell off the wagon a little. Back on track and have my one year follow up appt in 2 weeks.

3 months post-op

BITES

  • 3 protein shakes
  • breakfast: greek yogurt
  • lunch: small amount of a subway turkey breast salad
  • dinner: ate a small amount of what the family was eating...cauliflower, spaghetti (ground beef and a few noodles), just threw that up though....
  • 2 SF popsicles

VITES:

All in except noon batch

EXERCITES:

Shopping...and a ride around the neighborhood on my new bike!

HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153

Great choices. Sounds like the stomach doesn't like bulky stuff yet. Also, I had to switch to 80x20 hamburger, any leaner and it just doesn't work for me. Nice Exercites too.  : )
