BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - leftover Popeye's chicken wing, butter biscuit and Cajun rice
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - 1 snack size popcorn
D - 3 bunless beef hotdogs and coleslaw
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Happy Monday, not a great day at work lots going on with the boss, so stressful

Bites:

protein shake

nuts

2 pizza pops - upset stomach from them

cheetos

chocolate bar

meatloaf, rice and beans

ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: bike ride with sister in law

So busy at work my noontime vites delayed until  3:30. The 3:30 delayed to 5:30 and, well, you get it. Ugh. Good thing is I didn't have time to shovel carbs in my mouth. ( happy dance)

Chef salad - heavy on the meat & cheese

Bar b que pork chop 

spoonful mashed potato

few fried apples
