L - protein shake (30g) and a salad
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - leftover ribs or hotdogs
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

McD's sausage w/ egg McMuffin- threw out 3/4 of the muffin 

hash brown

spoonful of: baked beans & cole slaw

1/2 of an ear  of corn

handful M&M w/ peanuts

 vanilla protein smoothie
