L - protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - fish nuggets and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt
S - NutThins

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15-min walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Hubs and I agreed to have Brinner tonight. (Breakfast for dinner) Open the fridge to find not one egg!  Exit, stage right to the store....chop chop!!!
