Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done  

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

L - greek yogurt and two cheese sticks

S - few grapes and cashews

S - sunflower seeds

D - Not sure yet, football practice. Something easy, maybe chili beans

S - peanuts

I wish we could discover something that replaces urges for sweet stuff. Dill pickles maybe?  lol

Much needed rain coming our way for the next couple of days. 

Decaf protein coffee

Turkey bacon

Fried ham pieces

Chunk of cheddar cheese

Decaf protein coffee

Leftover steak on 1 slice of rye w/ lettuce & mayo

Mini carrots

Few chips

Decaf protein shake

Almonds

1/2 jelly donut

2 homemade tacos w/ meat, sour cream, cheese, salsa

Small scoop of ice cream

Chocolate protein smoothie

Vites: all in

Fluids: 90 oz.
