S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - Greek yogurt w/blue berries
L - chef salad
S - popcorn
D - pork chops, a few fries and a little coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: done

Pulled my back out. Got the heating pad on it now. Let's hope I don't wake up with a super sore back.
