Happy Thursday, 

Bites:

pre: banana- with pills- every morning

b: protein shake- handful of fruit, must go shopping this week for more protein powder, last scoop today

s: yogurt with fruit

L: ham and noodles - not really a great choice but comes down to not planning yesterday.

s: peanuts - if I still have some at work, haven't checked in awhile

s: orange

d: sausage and potato and cream corn with some beets - ice cream

Vites: done

Exercites: 1 hour walk

We drove out to a restaurant last night a were astounded by how bad the sidewalks are around a school many kids have to walk to. They have a lot of work to do if they want to reopen the schools on Monday, or the kids will be walking in the streets to get there...not a good situation.

Pretty sure it was my medication making me eat anything not nailed down. Back to having to remember to eat to keep my blood sugar in check!

BITES:

Premier Protein

Venti iced coffee with heavy whipping cream and extra whipped cream on top - SO GOOD and low sugar

2 egg muffins

6 hershey nuggets - whoops

String cheese

Shrimp with marinara and butternut squash covered in melted cheese

Carbsmart yogurt - peach

2 more egg muffins (total of 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage links in all 4)

Pork sausage marinara over shirataki noodle, 3 brussels sprouts covered in cheese

3 frango chocolates 

Plan on having popcorn with a liberal amount of butter

VITES: Forgot both my mid day batches and took late to make them up now (almost bed and iron is lower than the others so it's priority)

EXERCITES: walked just under 2 miles

Getting nervous for weigh in day (Sunday) with how little i've been eating the past few days. Still seems like so much when I write it out but it is nowhere close to a few days ago.

Yeah...chocolate is always my weak spot. Dark chocolate in particular. At least thats good for my heart and lower sugar? lol
