BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 2 Babybel cheese rounds or peanuts
D - will have the grandbabies tonight, so dinner may be pizza or hotdogs or pancakes
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
laundry, housework, and babysitting

Bites: the truth

2 coffee with creamer

1/2 a banana

2 protein shakes

2 sausage and eggs with toast

muffin

stir frypork with rice

1/2 orange

apple 

1/2 cup of nuts

Cheezies and diet pop

Vite: all done

Exercites: None

Saturday:
The plan went to hell in a hand basket. Grandbabies-ageddon hit us before 3PM and ended after our bedtime at 8:30PM. I don't know how people stay sane when they have 3 little ones under 6 years old. Food wise I think I started stressing around lunchtime and then the "little dears" were here.

it can be tough to stay on track with grandbabies, I have been there, you take care and get some rest.

I love your post today! I was telling my boyfriend about it and we were cracking up! We can relate slightly as we had my niece and nephew the other week. WOW. So much energy they have.

Okay we celebrated Valentine's day today so things were a little different than normal.

 

BITES:

Premier Protein Shake (30g)

Coffee with creamer

Omelet with turkey, bacon, swiss and avocado (about .75 eggs but tons of meat)

Few bites of banana bread soaked in butter

Coffee with half & half

Polish dog from Costco with no bun

Popcorn at the movies - mix of chocolate (the chocolate coating tasted like cocoa pebbles) and regular theater butter

Dinner at melting pot - 2 prawns, Cobb salad, mix of chicken, lobster, steak, pasta filling, asparagus and a mushroom, Few bites of dark chocolate peanut butter fondue, oh and half a bottle of wine

VITES: Missed 3/4 bathes. 

EXERCITES: 2 1/3 mile
