S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - white chicken chili
D - leftover catfish and salad
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Welcome home Gina.  It was getting pretty lonely around here. 

Saturday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
McD's sausage mc muffin W/ egg
Hash brown
Mini Cinnamon buns
Decaf protein iced coffee
Leftover pizza - peeled off the toppings
Greek yogurt
Sunflower seeds
Animal crackers
2 Hersey's kisses
Planned for later - decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: bedtime batch pending
Fluids: 100 oz.

I don't know how to get more folks to list their daily menu. We sure need some more variety and info from folks who are more recent post-op. Any ideas?

People are looking everyday. I know when I was a newbie, this is where I got my food ideas. And, sadly I, too was afraid to post for fear of getting it wrong.

hope folks realize this is a judgement free thread. Only you are responsible for what you eat. Heck, there are days where I could be the the prime definition of a carb ***** Love my sweets and chocolate.
