S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - steak and salad
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Hi everyone,

Cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Starbucks bacon, egg & cheese. Took off 1/2 the roll
Toppings off 2 large slices of pepperoni pizza & part of a crust
Small Rice Krispie square
Fun size snickers bar
Decaf protein iced coffee
Quesadilla w/ small corn tortilla, seasoned beef and cheese
Tossed salad w/ bacon pieces, carrots, and blue cheese
Small scoop of ice cream
Peanuts
Decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
