Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - Gouda cheese 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - salmon and asparagus w/red wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

Happy Friday. Woke up to 2" of snow. Not terribly bad.

Sharp provolone cheese cubes
Egg drop soup
Salad w/ chicken, cheese, carrots

Mashed taters w/ plenty of butter
Carrots
