Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - cubed ham and cheese
L - smal Caesar salad and chips

D - stir fry chicken
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs
