Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - Atkins breakfast bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - steak & mushrooms
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs

I just have to say that even though I haven't visited this forum in years, it is incredibly encouraging to come here and see this post. You are such a constant in my post-op life and I want to applaud you for continually showing up and being the example we need for long-term success. Thank you.

I was thinking the same thing.

And my next thought was 'How does she eat so little? If people saw my intake they'd be floored'. ??

Oh, it's a fairly normal amount of food. I probably eat the same or less. She's just more consistent eating frequently.

Yah? Well I know I didn't reach over 400lbs by eating small amounts.

I chose DS to be able to keep eating without guilt.

I'd love to see what others years out are eating to maintain.

This is what I have eaten / expect to eat:

Coffee w/cream

Wasabi peas and Goldfish crackers and half my son's Apple. (10 grams of protein, although they are a whole veggie I don't count wasabi peas as part of my veggies because they aren't fresh)


Tofu scramble w/peppers & onions , smokey salsa and crumbled corn tortilla chips (15 grams of protein, 2-3 servings of veggies)

jackfruit on spinach w/ lentil pasta, broccoli , corn and chickpea dressing. (20 grams of protein, 3-4 servings of veggies)

More wasabi peas and goldfish crackers

Veggie potstickers w/ broccoli , cabbage and onions in a garlic hoisin sauce. (15 grams of protein, 2-3 servings of veggies)

A peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread

Oh trust me, I didn't become obese by eating small amounts. But at this point in my journey I have stopped most of my issues with food and eat to live, not live to eat. I consistently get in my protein as it's key and second to that is fat. I try to limit my carbs as they do me no favors. But ultimately we're each on our own journey and eat the way that meets our goals. We are who we are :)

If I could just elimate my craving for Goldfish crackers I'd be set. Haha.

The eat to live mentality is why I want to start focusing on plant based nutrition!

Getting a grasp on the boredom eating is my biggest hurdle.
