B - MAGNESIUM CITRATE 10oz

S - Pass

L - Protein Coffee with Nectar Vanilla Bean, Almond Milk and Vanilla Syrup (44g protein)

S - 1 oz - Egg Drop Soup (14g protein)

D - Protein Shake - Vanilla Bean with 1/2 tbsp crime brûlée coffee creamer - Almond milk and vanilla syrup sugar free

S - 1 oz - wonton Soup

VITES:
Morning Batch: done

Lunch batch: done

Evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
Morning: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up
Afternoon: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up

Water Target: Orange Crush (sugar free) - 40ozs

Target: 90-100 protein, less than 40 carbs
