BITES:

B - Protein coffee vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla syrup (23g protein) - adding almond milk unsweetened

S - ISOPURE with Crush grape sugar free packet -40oz water(40g protein)

L - Omelette with Cheddar Cheese - light on the butter (21g protein)

S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water

D - Tuna on a bed of Fresh Spinach and Kale mix(21g protein)

S - Greek Yogurt with fat plus protein powder and vanilla sugar free syrup (43g protein)

Additional water: 20oz Sugar free Orange Crush

EXERCITES:

Water Target: 80ozs

Target: 120g protein, less than 20g carbs
