D - Hamburger with Parmesan Crisp, jalapeño Mayo and onions(28g protein)

D: homemade vegetable beef soup, small green salad with ranch, sugar free vanilla pudding with fresh strawberries

1 hour 20 min weight lifting

i struggled with wanting to emotionally eat as a response to stress today but thankfully my self talk to rationalize this behavior was successful and the cons outweighed the pros. The struggle is real!
