How do you make your protein coffee?

Brew a pot of your favorite coffee. We like a blend of decaf and chocolate/raspberry.

In a 20oz Blender Bottle with wire ball, add 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon. Syntrax Nectar vanilla bean is a good whey protein isolate protein powder.

Cover and gently shake for about 5 seconds to blend the protein and 1/2 & 1/2.

Uncover and top-off the Blender Bottle with hot coffee. Cover and gently tilt to blend. Don't shake vigorously or the mixture will explode. Always add hot liquid on top of the cold protein slurry to keep it from clumping or cooking the protein.
