A little over 4.5 years out and still love my DS. I run around 230 give or take 5 pounds. I'm thinking about a big 2018 push to see 199. We'll see. The problem with being happy where you are compared to where you were is it is hard to keep the motivation up - but I'm working on it.
Nice job so far, and good luck on your 2018 goal.
Thanks. I didn't really lay it out but I find it hard to explain just how differen****ching my diet and trying to lose some weight is from my pre-op diet days. I think because physically I do things regularly that I thought were lost to me forever, if I had thought them possible at all like 20 mile bike rides, an hour of swimming laps at the Y.
It's not just the approach of eating to the DS strengths it just doesn't take the emotional toll that it used to. Maybe to be expected but I still find it kind of strange.
