Iron suppliments

Can anyone tell me what iron supplements you take? Vitalady has been out of tender iron forever, and I need to find something else to order that is DS friendly! Thank you!!

Tender iron is basically carbonyl iron. The best thing about Vitalay's Tender was that it was 60mg per capsule rather than the usual 25 or 12 mg tablet. Another form that is good for us is heme iron. You can find it online as well. The brand I use is Proferrin. Vitalady used to carry it but you can also get it through Amazon or the Proferrin website.
