im having trouble taking the vitamins that come in capsules like calcium for the first time in ten years. Can I break then and take them in some soft food? It is so difficult taking them. I have no idea why I'm having this problem after 10 years!!!

Everything I've seen says yes. A real go to for people early out having trouble getting down capsules.

You might also look into Upcal D for your calcium. It's a powder and I know a lot of people swear by
it.

Sorry your having trouble like that.

hi!

yes, you can open the capsule and put the powder in pudding/yogurt. as long as your getting the powder one way or another the capsule part has nothing to do with anything. I wasnt sure either so i asked my nutritionist. my surgery date was 12/2/15

I suppose you can, but ewww.

Try this:

Fill your mouth with water and tilt your head back.
Drop the pills in and swallow in one big gulp.

You don't feel or taste a thing.
