I'll be trying to stay very straight and narrow today too. I don't know what I got into but had a really rough night. 

Good job on your Bites. You just don't see Mary Jane's any more--I really like those because they aren't sweet.

Stick with Vitalady and see what the next labs say. Sounds like you are still in the process of bringing up some low lab levels. Your surgeon probably thinks you're not taking any or just 2 Flintstones a day. o_0

Good job keeping up with protein tracking. An evening protein shake is also easy to do if you are ever stuck.

Lactaid is what my surgeon's dietitian recommends for new post-ops. I didn't stay lactose intolerant long and I hope it works that way for you. 

If you can find Hood's calorie count down, give it a try. It's low carb but you might have to add your own probiotic to use it at first. The good news is, later on, you can switch to equal parts heavy whipping cream and water.
