    3 1/2 years ago I had lapband and my loss was so so slow. Last April I started gaining it back. I felt horrible and depressed and such a failure!! I don't know but at some point I realized my band was too tight and I had fill removed and started exercising daily. My whole attitude changed. Now I go to the bariatric center for appts at least once a month and as many support groups as I can take. I've lost 15 lbs since Christmas time and I want you to know that I have so many pulling for me. I also facebook and go back on here. See my profile for more info on what happened to me. In my life my weight loss issues are emotional isn't everyones.

    Good to hear that . Keep it up , my friends been into revision for her Lap Band. She's also doing pretty fine. Good Luck!
