I have PCOS. I know what it's like to go nuts and not get anywhere weight-wise (prior to RNY), and all the other 'lovlies' that come with.
I also know someone who's kicked it's @$$! Basically she does low carb, lean protiens (think Keto diet) and veggies except corn and high glysimic fruits.
She works out 4 times a week for an hour.
I've also heard of metaformin, which can help assist with PCOS. I've never been on it, but I've heard other girls mention it.
