Do the 5dpt - 2 day of liquids, 1 day soft, 1 day firm, 1 day of solid proteins (64 oz of water) and I also had protein shakes whenever i felt hungry. now I am doing low carb - lost 7 lbs in less than 2 weeks. I may do a liquid fast for one day every 2 weeks just to keep my pouch tight. take your son to a park and let him burn energy walking together - or have him ride his bike.
