I have an appt next week to see my doctor i want to change meds. all the stuff i take causes some weight gain but not sure what i should take. My doctors real bad about letting me have pain meds he only allowes me one a day and i need more or something else. Loretta

i was able to apply for disability while i was layedoff work. I knew i just couldnt do it any more. I think it was in my early 30s i first got dianoised and with all the doctors notes i had from 8 years of trying to deal with it they affroved me right away thank god. Doctors told me ill feel better but its only been since april 16 but im in a bad place right now feels like a pulled muscle in my back shoulder area. spent a whole night screaming its getting better . Ive had this before were i cant or dont dare move for hours because my muscles spasm. Its been two years ago but this type of pain is why they thought i had ms. I have apptment with my doctor about difrent meds am on neoriotin now and cellex and zanax and norco. loretta

I used savella for a little while to a while to work but i noticed a diffrence in my pain. I dont take it now because its exspense and at the time i didnt have good coverage and having to rely on the doctor haveing samples scared me. If I remember right it dont have the side effect of gain weight but not sure. I have took lyricia and cymbalta the lyricia made me gain alot of weight and the problem with cymbalta is after being on it for long peiords it stops working. Id give savella a chance takes a while to kick in but it did help. For me i have to try to not read all the stuff because the side effects list always scare the crap out of me . I do beleave you have to change these meds every so often because they quit working well after long periods. But this is my opinion. My doctor agrees but he just is going by my pain levels been on neortin for two years dont think it is working very well but if i stop it a few days later im in more pain so its doing something Loretta

This may be a bit long. I really need to find a girl friend to get close with. Its time my hubby tries but i need a women to talk with who can understand me. See i lost my best friend almost 2 years ago to cancer. And I feel I have no one. My kids live near by but i feel they just try to bring me down   they only really want me when they need something and my youngest is allways trying her best to agervate me by saying diffrent things. example she came over bragging about the wqeight she lost and how she didnt have to have surgery to do it both of my oldest girls are jelous of my baby there grown but still jelous  I was feeling real bad yesterday and felt like i need to go get checked out and had to call my hubby home from work because my x husband has it in ther head that im faking I dont need this stress right now all my daughter could say is if your sick you cant go into the hospital to see the baby witch will be coming soon I allready new that I was hoping for some support because i was having an axiety attach instead I got that. I guess im just lonely lol is there a sight to meet friends instead of dating lol Loretta

Ok so  my husband and neifew who live hear have been doing p90x and me needing to get in to shape I tried some ecersizes my legs hurt so bad and this was two days ago cant barley move of the couch and when alex climbs on me i want to cryhow am I going to get the exersizes in after surgery . when they interview me I was scared luckly the lady was nice. At first I thought it would be hard to exsplain to her what it was like since it was hard every time i went to the doctors. But telling them how my life had changed was easy. I dont barley often go shopping by my self because I cant handle lifting all the grocerys up the stair to get them in the house. Just three stairs but stair arnt my friend. I dont drive much because of the brain fog, and anxiety. my fibro started in my hips like were your leg comes together with your upper body   on a bad day i cant climb into a car its awful

hi I have fibro and am having surgery on april 16 I know from exsperence that major surgery does put me in a bad flare. Ive descused this with the doctor so we can both be prepared. Last time I had surgery they ended up putting me on a week treatment of steroids to help. But then they thought it was ms. Loretta

hi dolly im so glad you support your husband alot of us had to hear about this being in are head and we all to well no the pain it can cause. I think when i was looking up fibro there are some web sights that can show you the trigger pionts and i do beleive if you have 11 trigger points out of the 18 they feel that is enough to saftly say you need treated for it. It uasally stays around diffrent spots in diffrent people like for example my hip area hurts alot and my arms some times my ribs all the time. my legs sometimes my hands sometimes. Plus i have fibro fog alot. and anxiety. I would also keep a log of aches and pains because when so many things are hurting yo tend to forget to mention everything and they dont like to look at it as one thing. Hope this helps Loretta

well alex was better for his birthday and thanksgiving but me not so much didnt eat nothing moms turn to have the bug. and i figured theyd be mad if i stayed home but it wouldnt of matter my family would of still got it to the list is long now. my daughter from college, my hubby, my middle daughter, my sister, my brother in law, my niece, and two of my neifews all throwing up. It seems to be only lasting about 24 hours for the fever and muscle pains for every one else but when i hit my bed i can barley move and not sleeping my legs hurt so bad. and my sister says next time i need to stay home i cant win. I told them i was sorry. Loretta
