     I have been away from this site for quite some time and I find myself back here for several reasons.. To hopefully encourage others.. To find people that have been through and understand this life changing journey to keep each other on track and encouraged and make new friends in general.

    HI there...I am in Apple Valley,MN right near the MN zoo and MOA... i am going thru abd have not actually had the surgery but i am hoping for it within the next 2 months. i would love to hear any advice you have any kernels of knowledge lol
