Morning everyone!  Just got back from another jog. I can't help but love the weather with the brisk mornings...gotta get out in them and enjoy.   15 more days until my belt lift!! I am so excited. Michelle Have a great day and get out and move

Good job Michelle.  I swear I don't see how you get up so early. I didn't go to bed until 5 am this morning. Early morning workouts just remind me of 2 a day football practice and running sprints at 6 am and 8 am and 10 am and noon and 2 pm.   I'm not sure why they call it 2 a day because we would have 3 or 4 workouts in one day. Noon today (got up early ) walked 50 min outside for some sun and fresh air 7 pm @ work gym walked treadmill for 45 min, up to level 13, up to 4 mph, 2.45 miles

 I get up early some days and other days like today it just doesn't happen. My work day runs through the majority of the day so it's either early am workouts or night workouts.   Great job on the walking Nothing too exciting today...
