Is anyone just doing weight training and losing weight? If so what are you doing sets, reps and how many days a week? I have a heel spur and cant do cardio like I want to. Thanks

Thats a tough one.  I would guess that there are not many people who only use weight training to lose weight.  I have gotten a good work out when I do a full body workout by increasing the intensity and upping the reps.  I would just jump from exercise to exercise with little or no rest in between.  It is a great workout but to get a full recovery it can only be done a few times a week.  Good luck. Do you have access to a pool?  You can get in a pretty good cardio work out that way. Becky

Hey Joey If you do circuit training you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Look up the writings of a guy named Charles Staley. He has a way of training called EDT or Escalating Density Training that's very similar to circuit training. Good luck I've had the bone spurs...they're murder. Earl
