I am posting on Tuesday and I am sore.  The trainer is always shaking up my workout but since it was just me yesterday and not my hubby with me, I had the total focus of the trainer and we worked even harder.  Ouch.  I feel great though. I did an all over weight workout geared to keep my heart rate in the zone as much as possible.  It is amazing how tightening the muscles you are working pops your heartrate up. Katy B
